All shipping quotes on our website are estimations/approximations based on current carrier rates. Please call us if you have any questions/concerns about shipping and for more accurate shipping prices.

Gulf Coast Beads Co. cannot and will not be held liable for any mistakes in shipping information or addresses entered by customers/users. Any delays in shipping, additional cost(s), loss of merchandise, and/or any and all damages caused by inaccurate shipping information and/or addresses entered by users/customers is the sole responsibility of the user/customer. Gulf Coast Beads Co. accepts no liability for third party delivery carriers and their business operations. Best efforts are made to ship orders in a timely manner, however, Gulf Coast Beads Co. cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Gulf Coast Beads Co. is not responsible for orders delayed by weather. Orders delayed by weather or for other unforeseen reasons outside the control of Gulf Coast Bead Co. do not qualify for refund or adjustment in billing.

At this time, Gulf Coast Beads Co. ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States (with the exception of any merchandise to California) but not to international locations. All orders are subject to processing/handling fees. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

NOTE: We do not ship to California at this time.


Our return policy lasts 30 days and is good for certain online purchases only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items; seasonal and holiday goods such as items brought in for Christmas, Mardi Gras and other themed holidays; time-sensitive goods such as newspapers or magazines and any custom work conducted by us cannot be returned. We have a strict no return policy on in-store purchases.   

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options currently listed in Payment Options and at bottom of Home Page. Gulf Coast Beads Co. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Gulf Coast Bead Co. is not responsible for orders delayed by weather. Orders delayed by weather or for other unforeseen reasons outside the control of Gulf Coast Bead Co. do not qualify for an automatic refund. If your order is delayed past the date you need it, you may return it at your expense. Once the items are returned and deemed to be in new condition, you will then be refunded for the product only.  Any return/cancellation requests submitted over 24 hours from the time the order is placed is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee is levied to help cover costs associated with your purchase.

  • Contractual custom items
  • Food, candy or items for human consumption
  • Seasonal and/or holiday items
  • Specialty or custom items ordered explicitly for jobber

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
